We offer the following services through our website:

• Online food ordering — takeaway (collect at restaurant) and delivery to supported postal code zones
• Table reservations — booking a table for dine-in service
• Account management — creating an account to view order history and manage your profile

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

By placing an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

• All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include 23% VAT
• Delivery is available only to postal code zones listed on our website at the time of ordering
• Delivery fees are shown in the cart before checkout and depend on your delivery zone
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if the item is unavailable or the delivery area cannot be served
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to kitchen load or traffic conditions

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online payment — credit/debit card, BLIK — processed securely via Stripe
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment in cash upon delivery or collection

Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Stripe applies PCI-DSS compliant security standards. By selecting online payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service at stripe.com/terms.

Your order is only confirmed for COD upon placement. For online payments, confirmation is sent after payment is successfully received.

Order cancellations:

• You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting us at support@kamasutrarestaurant.pl or calling +48 884 835 319
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible
• For COD orders, refusals at delivery will be treated as order cancellations at the customer’s expense if preparation was completed

Refunds:

• If your order was cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• If food quality does not meet reasonable standards, please contact us within 24 hours with a description and photos. We will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion
• Refunds for online payments are processed through Stripe and appear on your statement within the timelines set by your card issuer

• Reservations are for a specific date and time slot only — no specific table number is guaranteed
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time. Tables held beyond this may be released
• To cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. restaurant closure, staff shortage). We will notify you as soon as possible

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• You must not share your account or use another person’s account without their permission
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Account data is governed by our Privacy Policy

All content on kamasutrarestaurant.pl — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kamasutra Indian Bar & Restaurant and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, utility failures, or public order events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Białystok, Poland. If you are a consumer, you also have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available in Poland (e.g. through the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
